Our customer service is second to none, from the initial enquiry right through to the completion of the event. We will arrange a consultation meeting with couples prior to the event. We will meet you at your home, reception venue or another venue convenient to you.

At this initial stage, we discuss what plans you have in mind, gather information on you so our wedding DJs can incorporate this into the night, and also discuss your musical tastes.

We will allocate a wedding DJ, based on your geographical area and requirements at least four weeks in advance of your wedding. Your DJ will play the music you and your guests want to hear incorporating several music styles and genres. He will take your ‘DO’ and ‘DON’T’ playlists and honour them on the most important day of your life. With countless other things to worry about, Galaxy Entertainments will liaise with both the band and venue, ensuring you a guaranteed piece of mind.

Details of Features

Our Wedding packages have an extensive number of features which are stated below and explained in detail. These features form the basis of our wedding packages which consist of The After-Band Package, Full-Evening Package and the Full-Day Package.

Pre-wedding consultation

We will meet you at your home, reception venue or another venue convenient to you. For overseas or long distance clients we will discuss your requirements via telephone and email.

Wedding Questionnaire:

We will issue with a questionnaire for you to complete and return to us. This will give us more information about you, your bridal party, your guests etc. Your allocated wedding DJ will incorporate this information into your night, making the experience as personal to you as possible.

Written Booking Form Agreement:

We will issue you with a written booking form agreement. This is a legally binding agreement that ensures your booking.

Professional Sound & Lighting System:

Our DJs only use professional, branded sound and lighting equipment.

Use of Professional Sound System:

Our DJ and sound system with be available to you throughout the day’s proceedings. Your DJ will make any announcements necessary including the arrival of the bridal party to the function room. A wireless microphone will be available for speeches.

Background Music:

Your DJ will play background music for the duration of the meal. Many styles are available including jazz, cocktail, easy listening, and classical.

DJ Will Perform Formalities:

Your allocated DJ will perform all the formalities including welcoming the bridal party to the suite, first dance, bridal dances etc.

Over 12,000 Song Titles to Choose From:

We allow you the option of choosing your music from our music database. Your allocated DJ will honour your ‘DO’ and ‘DON’T’ playlists.
